The Oasis six-bedroom branded villa
An Address branded villa at Tierra on a chamfer plan, with a customizable basement, private pool and a lift to every floor. Motivated seller, priced below the current Emaar rate.
A curated selection of properties I am currently representing across Dubai's prime communities—from waterfront villas on the Palm to family residences in Tilal Al Ghaf. Book a viewing directly.
You are not scrolling through a broker's back catalogue here. This is the active portfolio I am personally representing right now—distinct properties across premier communities, each curated for a specific buyer profile.
The collection spans ready Meydan investment apartments, entry family townhouses, high-end lagoon villas, and ultra-prime waterfront residences. If something here fits your criteria, I would rather send you straight to the details and arrange a private viewing than pile on ten generic options that do not.
If you want something I am not showing here, I still have access to the wider market through Driven | Forbes Global Properties. Say what you are looking for on the call and I will come back with a genuine shortlist.

Large layout, family-friendly, moments from the community pool and park. The one to buy if you want space in a completed community without pushing past four and a half million.

Six bedrooms, private beach access, floor-to-ceiling sea views, private pool and elevator. Off-plan resale from an original buyer, priced fifteen percent under the frond average.
A completed, tenanted studio in Azizi Riviera 29 on Meydan. Income from day one, and one of the cleaner sub-AED-700k entry points into the Meydan district.
A completed, tenanted one-bedroom in Azizi Gardens with open-plan living, a balcony and open Meydan views. A ready home with income in place, a sensible entry on Meydan Avenue.
The Alaya listing sits inside one of twelve sub-communities. Each has a different buyer, a different price point and a different resale market. If you are researching seriously, start here.
You are not signing anything to speak to me. Most clients take a full call before they even confirm which property they want to see. That is the point.
Ten to fifteen minutes on my calendar. Budget, timeline, what actually matters to you, and what does not.
I tell you which of these fit and which do not. If none of them do, I show you what I have access to across the wider Driven portfolio.
I run the visits, handle developer or seller-side, and negotiate. You see the paperwork before you sign.
Snagging, escrow, Ejari, mortgage coordination if you need it. I stay in your phone after the keys, not before.
Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.
The questions I get every week, answered plainly. If yours is not here, ask it on the call.
Yes. All of my current listings sit in designated freehold zones, so any nationality can hold title in their own name. You get a title deed from the Dubai Land Department, the same instrument a UAE national receives.

The properties span AED 650,000 (a ready, rented studio in Azizi Riviera on Meydan) to AED 27 million (Palm Jumeirah apartment at Passo by Beyond). In between sit the AED 900,000 one-bedroom in Azizi Gardens on Meydan Avenue, the La Rosa townhouse in Villanova at 4.2, the Alaya villa in Tilal Al Ghaf at 14.25, the six-bedroom Address villa at Tierra in The Oasis at 24.5, and the Palm Jebel Ali beachfront villa at 19.
The full asking prices, floor plans and gallery for each are on the linked Property Finder page. Book a viewing to see any of them in person.
The asking price is the property. On top of that you pay the 4 percent Dubai Land Department transfer fee, roughly 2 percent brokerage where applicable, a trustee fee under AED 5,000, and Oqood registration on off-plan units.
For the three off-plan or handing-over listings (Passo, Alaya, Palm Jebel Ali) there is also a developer transfer or NOC fee to factor in. I will show you the exact number on any specific property before you sign.
All of them do. A Dubai property valued at AED 2 million or more in your own name qualifies for the ten-year Golden Visa under the current criteria. The Villanova townhouse at 4.2 clears the threshold comfortably, and the three luxury units clear it many times over.
My in-house team coordinates the application once the transfer completes. Full context in the Golden Visa guide.
It depends on the unit. An off-plan resale means the original buyer signed with the developer, paid part of the schedule, and is now selling their contract before handover. Sometimes you get in below the current developer launch price, which is exactly the case on the Palm Jumeirah and Palm Jebel Ali listings.
The trade-off is you inherit their remaining payment schedule and their handover date. On both of those units the numbers are honest and the schedule is manageable. I will walk you through the cashflow before you commit.
No. Off-plan can be signed remotely using a Power of Attorney and a video call. Ready-market transfers can be completed by proxy too. I strongly recommend at least one physical viewing before you commit real money, and I can arrange video walkthroughs of any of them in the meantime.
The Property Finder pages send your enquiry to me directly, which is fine. What is different when you book on my calendar is that I have the time set aside, the listings context in front of me, and I can talk you through the wider Driven portfolio if none of the them fits.
More on how I work and why the BRN matters.
One call. Fifteen minutes. Either we book a viewing on one of these, or I put together a shortlist from what I can source across Driven | Forbes Global Properties.
